Clean air, mild climate and sea salt give the soil special properties ideal for growing olives. In 2006 our father planted the first olive trees as his retirement hobby, which we increased in the following 10 years to around 460 trees. In 2021 the production received the "HR-EKO" Certificate -03 EU-Agriculture" for organic production.
Our olive fields are in the village of Grgurice, on a fertile field near sunny Zadar. The purity of the air, the mild climate and the sea salt give the soil special properties that are ideal for olive growing. After years of working in the food industry, such as bread production, the cultivation and production of our own olive oil was the realization of a long-standing dream of our father. In 2006 we planted the first young trees on our more than 100-year-old family inheritance. As the olive groves in the red soil bore fruit quickly, we increased the number of olive trees to around 460 in the last 10 years. From the very first olive tree,it was always important to us, to keepthe cultivation, management, harvest, and production in harmony with nature and the environment.In 2021 our olive oil received the “HR-EKO-03 EU Agriculture” certificate for ecological production. The GOLD AWARD for "BEST OLIVE OILS" for 2023 at the world's largest and most renowned olive oil quality competition in New York is a special honour for us and the culmination of our tireless commitment.
